[Resolved] Registered and Locked problem on string translation.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The admin string shows as Registered and locked, how can we enable it's translation?

Solution:
“Registered and locked” means that the string is already registered by the theme or via an XML configuration file. They should appear on the WPML >> String Translation page so that you can translate them.

hi there,

i already used before houzez in other projects. I was successfully managed the strings from admin string translations. But in my new project, i can not add and translate some strings because of it doenst let me to add string transtion from Admin Texts Translations. It says "
Registered and locked"

i sent you also picture about the problem. How can i solve this problem? Thanks

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. “Registered and locked” means that the string is already registered by the theme or via an XML configuration file. They should appear on the WPML >> String Translation page so that you can translate them.

Can you please go to WPML >> String Translation page and search for your required string and see if you find the string?

Thanks for reply. When i searched with exact match option. system found my string which i find. Thanks its solved.
