And at one point, I don’t know after what, maybe after the update, and after adding the ad, words in the Turkmen language appear on the Russian language page, although I translated them into Russian. I translated all these words into Russian, but for some reason they are displayed in Turkmen. I fix it, after a while the problem repeats again.

you can see the fields that are filled with Turkmen words, but I used to write all the words here in Russian. And for some reason they are displayed here in the Turkmen language, although I remember exactly that I wrote them in Russian. Why is this happening? Ok you are using the AdForest Pro Theme which is not listed as a tested theme.
Usually the way to translate the theme options is as follows:
- You will set the theme options only for the main language. For you it is Russian.
- Then you will follow the steps below to search for the value of the option in the String Translation Admin text menu and bring it to the string translation.
- Then you will translate it there in string translation:
You should not change the admin language switcher in the theme options to add the theme option values for Turkmen. That will overwrite the original values you have added in Russian.

The theme options are set in Russian, so I write all the words initially (in the theme menu and in the theme itself) in Russian.
And to translate into Turkmen, I use String Translation Admin.
It's all as you described.
And I do not change the admin language switch in the theme options, the main Russian, and I never switch it, there is no need for this, I use String Translation to translate the text.
Despite this, sometimes this problem pops up on its own, and I can’t specifically say after which it appears.
Thank you, for the top button, I searched for Goşmak in the string translation and made sure that I checked the "Include translations" checkbox.
The result showed that the string is in Turkmen bu the flag was for Russian. (check the screenshot)
I removed the strings and after a reload now it shows with English flag.
As you already added the English language please keep adding the options in English and then translate them in Russian and Turkman.
If the issue happened again and the options default language changes then this must be an issue with the theme that you are using and somehow it is not compatible with WPML.
I see that the theme developers added WPML settings on their theme so it seems they are maintaining the compatibility with WPML.
Please ask them for more help and see what is the result.
