the sites I am currently translating, when I am finished with one and click finalize there is an error with synchronizing so it appears on the translation site as not finished

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

There is a similar issue in the support forum ticket which you can try the workaround and see if it helps. Please find the ticket here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-advanced-editor-jobs-synchronization-has-failed-4/

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
