I'm still not receiving notifications. Only the one tell that the ticket is going to be closed if I don't post any response.
I'm always having the same problem. Some translation changes are displayed immediately, other take hours/days to display, even after wordpress cache clearing, browser clearing and hosting CDN deactivation :

The tests we did were done on another hosting provider. Do you want me to duplicate the website on a server from the same hosting provider than this one ? Or do you have any other ideas ?
Thank you
Romain

I'm checking with my colleagues, to see what can be done regarding your notifications. I'll get back to you when I have additional information on how to handle that.
Thank you for sharing the video. As for the website, if the issue is happening on different servers, it indicates that it's not server related. That means it doesn't really matter where the website is hosted, as long as the issue is happening, and I can take a look at it. Please duplicate the website and give me access. I'll take a more profound look to check what can be causing the issue.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Hey Romain, I performed the troubleshooting steps again. Please increase memory and check if the website is now behaving as expected. If not, can you please send me a Loom video showing the error happening?
You have to understand that it's not easy because this bug is not systematic. For example, I have done the same video one first time and everything worked perfectly. Then I did it again and translation finally did not display any more.
...
I have just refreshed, 5 minutes after, writing this message, and both translations display. But sometimes it takes hours. It's quite random.
Thank you for sharing the video. Usually, when problems are inconsistent, it takes a while to find out what's going on.
It looks to me that this is cache-related. What I can recommend you to do, is to create a staging version of this website, disable both WP Rocket plugins, and see if you can reproduce the issue there. If not, we can try the same thing on the live server. I'll wait for your feedback. This way, we can check if it is WP Rocket that causes this behavior.
Thank you for waiting, I was checking with my colleagues what else could be verified. It's been tricky to track down what's causing this issue, as it's not happening consistently. I'll send the staging version you sent me to our developers, to check their opinion.
Before doing that, can you please just increase the memory?
You can set WP Memory Limit in your wp-config.php file by adding the following code:
Hey, I sent your ticket to our developers, which will take a deeper look into the issue. Sorry, but it took me a while to find a way to describe and take useful information to our devs. Thanks for understanding.
As soon as I have new information, I'll post here.
Please verify it under Tools > Site Health. Also, please update to MySQL 8.0 or higher and update PHP to at least 8.0 for better performance. Let me know how the it works after that.
