This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client had transferred their WordPress site from a subdomain to a main domain and needed to transfer 40,000 WPML translation credits from the old subdomain to the new main domain. The credits were still associated with the old subdomain, and the new domain showed 0 available credits.
Solution:
We advised the client to follow these steps:
1. Log in to the WPML.org account and navigate to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key for the main domain by clicking the trash icon, if it's already registered.
3. Log in to the main domain's WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab, and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if it exists.
4. Click the Register WPML link, then the Get a key for this site link.
5. Copy the generated key, paste it into the input box, and press the Register button. This process should also allow assigning the previously purchased credits.

Background of the issue:
I previously registered WPML on a subdomain (hidden link) and purchased 40,000 translation credits for that site. Recently, I deleted the subdomain and moved WordPress to the main domain (hidden link). I have successfully added the main domain to my WPML account and set up the site key correctly.

Symptoms:
The credits are still associated with the old subdomain, and I cannot assign them to the new domain. My account shows 0 available credits, even though I purchased new ones for the main domain.

Questions:
Could you please help me transfer these credits to the new domain (hidden link) or make them usable there?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. It looks like hidden link site is not registered properly, so I returned the 40,000 assigned credits from hidden link site to your WPML.org account, now please try to follow the below steps:

1. Login to your WPML.org account >> Go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing hidden link site key by pressing the little trash icon(if it’s already registered).
3. Login to your hidden link site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if that link exists.
4. Then click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link.
6. It will generate the Key for your site and you can also assign the credits using that popup.
7. Copy the key, and paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you

Hi Noman,

Thank you very much for your quick and clear support. I followed your instructions, unregistered the site, re-registered it with the new key, and everything is now working correctly. The translation credits are visible and usable.

Appreciate your help!

Best regards,
