Hi we are using TutorLMS plugin and WPML. We have come across a bug where by when WPML is set to "different languages in directories" a double forward slash is erroneously added to one of the links.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Please follow some troubleshooting steps below and see if it helps.
1. Enable a minimal environment:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML, TutorLMS and their addons
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
2. Resave the permalink settings (Post name).

There is a similar issue in the support forum and it mostly relates to the configuration of your hosting or caching issue. Please find it here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-double-slash-in-url/

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

I've downloaded the backup file and restored your site on my localhost and do not see the issue, please check this screenshot hidden link

On your staging site, I've tried to deactivate all unrelated plugins and switch to the standard theme of WordPress but the issue persists. So I think the issue mostly relates to the configuration of your hosting or caching issue. Can you please contact your hosting support and ask for the permalink configuration or clear all caches if it is available?

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Thank you I will ask out host about cachine. Can I ask what version of PHP your local host is running? Just so I can check our environments are the same.
