rachelD-8	Background of the issue: I need to ask a question about my previous ticket but it will not let me unless I give them access to the site. I can't give Bobby access to the site without his email and other information. Symptoms: Unable to ask a question about the previous ticket without providing site access. Questions: Can you check and see if the below screenshots are the correct way of backing up my site? Can you provide Bobby's email and other information so I can give him access to the site?
