This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with the Elementor Image Carousel not displaying images on translated pages, it might be due to the archive template translation not being fully completed. This issue is evident when the Image Carousel widget doesn't load on the translated version of the page.
Solution:
First, ensure that the Archive template for the post type in question is fully translated. Since the template was created with Elementor, we recommend following the guide on translating Elementor templates, which can be found here: Translating Elementor Templates.
Next, open the translated template in the Elementor editor to check if the Image Carousel widget is present and the Dynamic Tag is correctly selected.
If the template is correctly set up and images still do not appear, you may need to copy the images from the default page to the translation:
1. Navigate to "WPML > Settings".
2. Scroll to the Media Translation section.
3. Select the options as shown in this screenshot and click on the Start button.
4. After the process is completed, clear the caches from your site and browser.
5. Check the translated version of the 'Inspiration' page.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at WPML Known Issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to add the images uploaded to a post in the Elementor Image carousel. This works fine in the default language, however it doesn't show any images in the translations. Seems like the Dynamic tag 'Post image attachment' doesn't work properly with WPML. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The slider on the translated page (hidden link) shows nothing, whereas the default language page (hidden link) works as expected.

Questions:
Why doesn't the Elementor Image carousel show images in the translated version?
Is there a known issue with the 'Post image attachment' dynamic tag in WPML?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I understand the issue you're facing. After reviewing the translated "Inspiration" archive page, I noticed that the Image Carousel widget isn't loading on the translated version. This suggests that the archive template translation hasn't been fully completed yet.

Could you kindly verify if the Archive template for the "Inspiration" post type has been fully translated? Since the template was created with Elementor, please refer to the guide below to ensure you follow the correct process for translating templates.

You can also open the translated template in the Elementor editor to verify that the Image Carousel widget is present in the translated version and that the Dynamic Tag is properly selected.

If everything is set up correctly in the translated template and the images still don’t appear, you may need to copy the images from the default page to the translation. Please try the following steps.

- Please go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll to the Media Translation section.
- Select the options marked in this hidden link">screenshot and click on the Start button.
- Once the process is completed, clear the caches from your site and browser, and then check the English version of the 'Inspiration' page.

I hope it will help in solving the issue. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to assist.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Copying the images from the default page seems to have worked.

I can now see the slider in the English version of the site, thanks!
