This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translating product variations in WooCommerce using WPML. The variations in the translations do not match the original Dutch (NL) variations.
Solution:
First, ensure that the translation process aligns with the official WPML guide for WooCommerce, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#translate-woocommerce-products-product-variations-posts-and-pages. If the guide was followed previously, it might be necessary to remove and re-add the variations to correct the issue. Additionally, using the WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting options may help, but if the problem persists, it might require escalation to second-tier support. In such cases, we might need to take a copy of your site, for which your permission will be required.
The client reported this: We solved this issue by removing and adding the variations.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate product variations in WooCommerce using WPML on my site hidden link. The specific product I am working on is located at hidden link. The site is password protected for additional safety, and I have provided the necessary credentials for access.

Symptoms:
In the translations, the variations do not correspond to the original variations in Dutch (NL).

Questions:
How can we fix this so that variations of the product are the same in every language?

Hi,

I have no conclusion yet on what is causing this problem. Please try the following.

We suspect a collision with the theme or another plugin might cause this problem. If possible, get your site into a minimum environment, switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty-Four and having no plugins activated except WPML.

First, you must check if the problem persists when just the theme is switched to TwentyTwenty-Four (for example). If it persists, deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce without any extensions. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not continue, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****

*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***

Regards,
Itamar.

Hello Itamar,

We have tried this but this does not make any difference the problem is still there.

You can also try yourself, as i mentioned before this is a staging environment you can do whatever you want on this environment to solve the issue.

Please advice next steps to solve this issue for our client.

best,
Luc

Thanks, Luc.

I've tried the minimum environment procedure on your site, but the problem persists. I must mention that some of the plugins can't be deactivated. I also tried all the troubleshooting options in WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting, but it didn't help either. It seems I need ot esclate this issue to our second-tier supporters. I must have your permission to take a copy of your site for this. I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All In One Migration to do this. Please let me know if you agree.

Regards,
Itamar.
