This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is facing an issue where a custom image size isn't being translated using generate thumbnails. Additionally, the WPML support page indicates that Media Translation is not installed, even though it is.
Solution:
If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend the following steps:
1. Go to Plugins → Add New, then click on the Commercial tab and select "Check for Updates". This action should refresh the page and display the installed plugins on your site.
If the above step does not resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and click on the Commercial tab.
2. Select Unregister WPML from this site.
3. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. A prompt will appear requesting the site key. Click on Get a key for this site.
4. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and designate it as a Production site.
5. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab.
6. Once completed, you can delete your old site key from your WPML account.
This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
