Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate blog posts on my site hidden link using the WPML plugin. I am also facing an issue with translating the newsletter sign-up inside the blog posts.
Symptoms:
Whenever I try to translate the blog posts, I am facing a marker issue. Additionally, the newsletter sign-up is not translated.
Questions:
How can I resolve the marker issue when translating blog posts?
Why is the newsletter sign-up not being translated?
I can see the issue with the translation marker. I will check on it when I have access to your Website. Also, I would need access to check on the translation issue for your newsletter sign-up form. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
I've checked and it looks like the newsletter plugin that you're using is not compatible with WPML as explained here https://wpml.org/plugin/mailpoet-3-new/ . Please use the recommended method to translate the newsletter form.
Thanks for your reply. If you wish to stick with "MailPoet 3 (new)" plugin for your newsletter. You need to create separate forms for each language, as mentioned here. https://wpml.org/plugin/mailpoet-3-new/
Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I'm not sure about Arabic fonts, so I'm not sure what you mean there. As for font styling requests, I'd suggest contacting your theme author as they should be able to assist you further with this.
Thank you for your response. This theme is not listed among our officially compatible themes. However, I noticed that the theme author offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: hidden link. I recommend reaching out to the theme author to confirm compatibility. If everything checks out, you can go ahead with the purchase, install the theme, and proceed with WPML integration.
i already have the theme in my new site, as i know i can use WPML for another one right? so can i go ahead an try if it works with the theme with the help of WPML team? maybe there is something you can do from your end
Thanks for your reply. Yes, we can assist you with issues related to WPML. But if you're referring to the font styling requests, you need to reach out to your theme author as they should be able to assist you further with this.
