Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to see the final translation as completed by the translator. The pages I see are still the same as when I sent them to the translator. The translator clicked on "complete", but I don't seem to see the results.

The translator sees the pages he worked on when clicking on the links in the email, but doesn't see his work when clicking on the pages in WPML.

Can you help?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

1. Can you also please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?

2. Can the translator or you send us a few screenshots or a screen recording of the actual translations so that we can see what you see in the backend and on the front-end, when you try to access the translations?

3. Also, make sure that you remove/clear any existing site caching / server caching / CDN caching.

Thank you.

I thought you might have some instructions to send as to the way in which a translation job is delivered, but it looks like we normally should already see the page as the translator translated.

Attached are two screenshots of the website pages. #2 in the text was edited. See the text in the first and then in the second screenshot. The first one is what I see on our page. The second screenshot is what I (and the translator) see when clicking on the link from the email. I attached also the screenshot of the email with the links.

The website is hosted and we already have no caching.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Daniela,

Sorry for the delayed response here due to the weekends and the high support queue.

I see that the page hidden link and hidden link are working all find and shows fine as translated.

Can you please let me know what exactly you mean when you say "doesn't see his work when clicking on the pages in WPML"? Or is the issue resolved already?

Please let me know more details and where exactly can I see the issue if the issue is still there.

Hello Subash,

Thank you for your answer.

As described in the screenshots I shared with the last reply, I can see the translation the translator worked on only when clicking on the links from the email the translator received. If I open the pages from WordPress, I see the translated text from before the translator worked on it.

I'm not able to double check today about the current status, as I'm traveling. I'll be able to check how it looks when I'm back on Monday.

If that's better for you, we can reopen the ticket then.

Thanks,
Daniela

Hi Daniela,

Sure, please send me further details once you are back and check the details.

Further screenshots and/or links will help me further understand the issue and troubleshoot it.

Regards,
Subash

I was able to determine that when I open the pages, if the translation is not marked as complete, I don't see it in my version of the pages. It would be helpful to have more instructions available at this end of the process.
