Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.
Can you please share the product URL in the default language Danish? It looks like the translation product is in the Draft mode, please edit the product in Danish language > Switch the language to English with the language switcher at the topbar > Publish the translation and recheck this issue.
I also need more information on your site by sharing the debug info. If you don’t know how to share the debug info, please follow this article https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
Your next reply is enabled to share the debug info.
Tried to send debug info before but made page crash, looks like it works this time.
I have tried to follow your instructions, but shifting from danish language to swedish or english just gave the 'kopier' text - even if everything looks right in WC Multilingual.
Hope you can help, we have now hundreds of meaningless pages on our web site
Checking on our server, I see the job to translate the product page hidden link
is not completed.
On your site, I also do not see the link to the translation product page.
Please try to enable a minimal environment as below, re-translate the product page and see if it helps.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML plugins and WooCommerce.
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress.
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
If it persists, you can go to WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor > Share some screenshots of the recent error logs with me.
I really don't get your point, I have now completed the job in WC Multilingual 3 times and everytime received the message "Succes. Translation completed" And at page bottom I can read the encouraging system information "Translation completed".
So please be clear: What is not completed and what action should I take to complete the translation? The system has worked perfectly until last update only a few days ago, but it seems like your auto translation does not work at all.
Please understand it is not interesting for us at all whether your system works on a basic WP installation, what is interesting is that it works on our site.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
