Hi, I am using BeTheme, specifically the templates feature, for our footer. For some reason, no matter how I perform a translation of the footer template, using the "Translation Editor" or the classic way of editing the translated "post" for that languages version of the footer template, the translated content never renders on the front end.

This is critical to how we display footers in different languages, and I am at a loss at to what to do.

Hi there,

Thanks for your patience.

It's the page option below here hidden link . You've selected the wrong footer for the Spanish Language.

Check out the attached screenshot.

Could you please check?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

Try renaming the template titles like Footer-En, Footer-Es so that it can be easily identified.

Could you give it a try?

Thanks!

Kor you have been a life saver, as dumb as that fix was, I got to the bottom of how that Footer got overridden.

One of our editors changed it on the home page, for no reason. If I set all of the page footers back to --default-- the translations work perfectly.

We can close this ticket the issue is solved, you were a huge help pointing me to the issue. I can't thank you enough.
