Can I change the translator after using automatic translation for some pages

angelaW-13	I have used Google Translate to automatically translate certain pages, can I change the translator to Microsoft? If it is possible to change the translator to Microsoft, will it have any effect on the pages I have translated automatically with Google Translate before?

No, changing your preferred translation engine will not affect your existing translations. The only thing is that pending translations, if you have any, will continue with the old preferences.
