This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with translating the Latvian version of the WooCommerce cart and checkout pages. They followed a previous recommendation which resulted in some strings appearing, but not all.
Solution:
We recommended following the steps in our guide to find and translate strings that do not appear in the String Translation interface. The guide can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend trying the steps outlined in the guide. However, please note that the solution might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case. If after following the guide you still need assistance, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Hello!

Problem with translation of Latvian version of cart & checkout (I saw such problem in - https://wpml.org/ru/forums/topic/cart-checkout-
%d1%81%d1%82%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%86%d1%8b-%d0%bd%d0%b5-%d0%bc%d0%be%d0%b3%d1%83-%d0%bf%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%b2%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b8/ ).

I did as recommended in the post, some strings appeared, but the rest did not. What can be the problem?

I've done all the steps, still nothing shows up. Can I give you my login and password and you can take a look?

Thank you for your message.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested

I suspect this issue might be related to the theme, especially the cart page because, as you can see when editing the cart page: hidden link there are lots of HTML and old blocks in the content.

I recommend you to start re-creating the Cart page, translate to all languages and if the issue persists, then check with a default WordPress theme

I don't think so, because if you change the language to Russian or German, there are no problems with translations. Everything is translated 'out of the box'; I haven't touched anything, WooCommerce has already taken care of this...

I recreated the cart page, but the same problem persists.

Hi,

Do you authorize me to create a new Cart page?

I found what the problem is.

If we create pages (cart and checkout) using standard woocommerce shortcodes ([woocommerce_cart] + [woocommerce_checkout]), everything works fine, but the design remains standard.

It turns out this is a flaw on the part of the theme developer. Sorry for taking up your time, and thanks for your responsiveness.
