Could not create directory when update translations

antoniosK-3	Hi, I have renewed WPML yesterday but when I try to update translations of plugins I receive a message that "could not create directory" and the translations are not updated. Can you please help me?

Bruno	Hi, Thank you for contacting us. This does not seem to be related to the renewal of WPML. This appears to be related to your site's file permission. In addition to this message, are any other messages displayed? Also, make sure the "wp-content/languages" directory is writable. Thank you.
