How to disable permanently from a post to be translated?

If you're inquiring about automatic translation, please navigate to WPML → Settings → Post Types Translation and disable automatic translation for the 'Post' post type. sharonB-13	1. ok, I disabled it, Now.. if the post is published, where do i click to translate it if needed? another picture would be great. 2. My main page show Chinese, but I use Hebrew, why is that?
