We're using WPML for multilingual page and blog.
e.g
ling-app.com/blog/ => For Eng
ling-app.com/de/blog/ => German

and post permalink structure.
ling-app.com/<post> => For Eng post
ling-app.com/de/<post> => For German translate post

Now, I can't remove /blog/ from URL

Can you show me how?

Hello,

You are using the WordPress Setting to show the latest posts on your homepage, instead of using static pages for the homepage and blog?

See Settings > Reading for these details.
https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-reading-screen/

Usually setting the permalink structure "Post name" should be enough to take the slug "/blog/" out of the URL in this case.

Example form test site:
hidden link

Please confirm and answer:

1) This does not work as expected on your site?

2) Does it not work only for translated posts or do you see the same issue on original posts?

3)If so, does the issue persist once you disable WPML?

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML information for error correction.

Best regards
Andreas
