This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client accidentally moved the translation to the staging (STG) environment and needs help moving it to the production (PROD) environment.
Solution:
We have checked both sites and confirmed that the message about the site being moved is no longer appearing in Translation Management. To resolve the issue, the client should:
1. Set up automatic translation on one of the sites.
2. Copy the migration code from that site to the other site.
By following these steps, the translations will be shared between the sites. We recommend referring to our documentation on Automatic Translation Subscription for Multiple Sites for detailed guidance.

If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us.

Please send two factor verificatin for hidden link. I understand these are time sensitive, and often it is hard to get them to work when going back and froth in a ticket. If it is possible to temporarily disable the two factor, that may help save some time.

I have logged in to both sites and am no longer seeing the message about the site being moved on Translation Management. All you need to do now is set up the automatic translation on one of the sites and then copy the migration code to the other site.
