Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Before proceeding further, can you please try the following?

1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding. It is highly advised to try these on a dev or staging site first, so your live site isn't compromised.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML and String Translation.
3) Switch to a standard theme like 2024 or 2021.
4) Check for the issue if it still happens.
5) Then start activating plugins one by one while keep checking for the issue. This way you 'll be able to pinpoint a conflict when & where it starts creating the problem.
6) If after activating all plugins you see that it still works fine, then switch to your theme and see if that's causing it.

Please let me know your findings and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Hi, I replied with an email. Did you receive my email?
I did all this, and I explained in the email that there was 1 plugin issue and I deactivated, but still I cannot see the credit I have in my dashboard

Thank you for the updates.

Please note that replies to any email are not received, you need to come to this thread after login to your wpml.org account and then post a reply via the provided reply box.

However, as per my understanding, that connection problem has been resolved but now there's a credits issue. Please try the following steps:

- In your website, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
- Unregister WPML by clicking the unregister link.
- Then go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
- Delete the existing site key.
- Create a new site key. And during the process assign the credits as well.
- Then go back to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website.
- Click the register link and use the new site key (created above) to register.

Hi, thank you. It worked, and now I'm just waiting for my credit to be refunded.

Thank you,

Thank you for the updates.

Glad that it worked, please feel free to close this ticket as resolved.

About the credits refund, you can go to https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/ and request a refund, if you haven't done already.
