Hi there,
We ran the WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting options once again, and then the 404 errors were gone, it seems. We also tried to translate a new product and it worked well.
Could you please review it and let us know if it's solved now? Thank you.
Mateus, thank you very much for your help and for getting back to me so quickly.
I tried it and now it seems to work.
what did you do? I'm afraid we haven't solved the problem and there's still a bug. Did you fix the problem? Did you spot a problem and was it resolved?

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply.
I have followed these steps:
- First, removed some translators in WPML -> Translation Management -> Translators, then re-added them
- In WPML -> Support in your admin dashboard, I've clicked in the “troubleshooting” link bellow the plugin versions list
- Look for the “Clean up” section and hit these buttons:
# Clear the cache in WPML
# Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
# Fix element_type collation
# Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
# Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
# Set language information
# Fix post type assignment for translations
After this the product translations worked fine.
Have you experienced any issues in this meanwhile?
