it seems your translated menu is not correctly created or not assigned to a menu position. Please check that on Appearance -> Menus and add a screenshot from the translated menu options.
it seems the theme position is not identical set or defined wrong in an Elementor template. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

your theme sets a hidden link "float: right" which would be nothing unusual. The issue here is that your translated menus in RU and EN are too long. If you open the Chrome debugger and remove a menu entry, the "float: right will work and there is enough space in the menu to display all in your defined position.
For your translated content, there is simple not enough space defined. You should contact your theme authors to see if they can make the actual menu position longer or load additional content a line below.
I added a screenshot of how it would look if I removed a menu entry. The menu automatically jumps back to the correct position.
