Background of the issue:
I did the translation of my landing page in WordPress from English to German using WPML. After a couple of months, I made some design changes to the landing page.

Symptoms:
When I switch to the German language, the design changes do not show.

Questions:
Why was my ticket closed without solving my issue?
How can I get a refund if customer support cannot solve my issue?

the support told me to do transaltion using the wpml editor. i did the same. but during that time the customer person ran away and close ticket without solving my issue

the issue is when i update my website design. then the design changes only happened to english translation. when I convert to thai translation then I don't see those changes,.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Could you clone the site to a staging URL? I don’t think it’s ideal to work on the production site while troubleshooting this issue.
