This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where clicking 'invoices' under WPML > Translation Management > Tools > invoices resulted in a blank page.

Solution:
We requested temporary access to the client's site to investigate the issue. After reviewing the site, we asked the client to confirm if all three translation engines were showing up correctly in WPML > Settings > Automatic Translation, and also in WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Automatic Translation Engines. For the separate issue of the invoices page being blank, we created a new support ticket to handle it according to our Support Policy, which states that we should address one issue per ticket.

If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking if all translation engines are visible in the specified WPML settings. If you encounter a blank page when accessing the invoices section, please note that this might be a separate issue that requires its own support ticket.

Please be aware that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully.

I am spending more time on this and I will get back to you as soon as I have more feedback.

Can you please check again now and confirm that all the 3 translation engines are showing up correctly both in WPML > Settings > Automatic Translation, and also in WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Automatic Translation Engines

yes, I see them now, thanks.
but still, if I click 'invoices' under WPML > Translation Management > Tools > invoices, it goes blank though.. can this be also fixed?

I am moving that request into a new ticket as we can handle only one issue per ticket due to our Support Policy.
