Hi,

In this ticket, we will handle the issue with the "No products in the cart." string.

In the cart options, I could find the text in Chinese. Please see the attached screenshot cart-button-Chinese-test.jpg. I translated it into English in Strings Translation. Please see the attached screenshot en-trans-in-st.jpg. But it didn't help to solve the problem. By inspecting the page in the browser, I could see that it is not the same string. This correct string is hidden in the footer of the Mini-cart section. Please see the attached screenshot not-the-same-string.jpg.

Is there another place where you added this string?

There are newer versions of the XSTORE theme and the XSTORE Core plugin. Please see the attached screenshots.

Please update them to the latest versions and check if the issue persists.

Regards,
Itamar.

I have translated the texts String Text, example " No products in the cart --> Chinese font",
100% Natural (Translate to English) and etc. But none of it reflected.
I have clear the cache as well, still the word not reflected accordingly.

Thanks for updating the XSTORE theme on your site.

I've also tried to use the ' Look for strings while pages are rendered' option in WPML -> Strings Translation. Unfortunately, it didn't help t solve the problem.

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the XSTORE theme and its core plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

I've already set up WooCommerce and WPML on this site. The default language is Chinese (Simplified), and the second language is English.

Please also ensure you install the latest version of the theme and plugin.

Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem.

Hi,

Try to install the theme without the key. Sometimes, like with WPML, the key is needed only to update the plugin/theme automatically.

You don't need to do all the work. Only do the Mini-cart section. I already did all the setups of WooCommerce and WPML for you.

If you cannot do that, please let me know.

Please be aware that I can continue to help you on Sunday.
