Hi. I'm seeing that translated Events Calendar events are not retaining their "Feature Event" settings. Our event translations start off in English with this checked and it is unchecked on the Spanish translation. Is this intentional or is the translated version supposed to retain this setting?

It depends on the custom field translation preference. If you want the "Feature Event" settings to be the same in all languages, please go to WPML-> Settings-> Custom Fields Translation section, search for the custom field to feature event, and set it to "Copy".
After that, please update the event in the default language and its translation to sync the field across languages.
