This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to download translation invoices as the interface disappears when they click on it. This issue does not occur on other sites, only on the real.org site.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to identify and resolve the issue:
1. Create a full backup of your website.
2. Disable all plugins except for WPML and its add-ons.
3. Check if the issue still occurs.
4. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help identify the plugin causing the issue.
5. If the issue persists with non-WPML plugins disabled, switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen and try to recreate the issue.
It is best to perform these steps in a staging (testing) environment if possible.
In the meantime, we have sent an email to the client with all the invoices to provide immediate assistance.
