Unable to connect to WPML servers to register my installation

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

hadiE-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to register my WPML installation by adding the Site key generated from your systems. My website is hosted with GoDaddy, and they confirm the subdomains relevant to WPML are not blocked. Symptoms: I get the error "Your site can't communicate with hidden link. Code 0: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5002 milliseconds." and also "Your site can't communicate with hidden link. Code 0: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds." Questions: Can you please help with the connection timeout error when registering WPML?
