This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see the URL ACF field for translation on their website.
Solution:
We identified that the URL type field was set to 'Copy' under the 'Same fields across languages' option in the ACF groups. To enable translation for this field, the client needs to switch the translation option of the 'Dodatno mize' field group to 'Expert' mode. For more details on default settings and how to switch to Expert mode, please refer to the following documentation links:

Thanks for your patience.

Here is the ticket and I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please share some screenshots highlighting the ACF on the product page? I've checked this product hidden link and are you referring to the Youtube Video URL?

Hi,

Kor is unavailable, so I'll continue to help you with this issue.

Thanks for confirming that the problem is with the TY VIDEO (yt_video) URL type field. I checked things on your site. The URL type field is set by default to 'Copy' when using the 'Same fields across languages' option for ACF groups. If you need to translate this field, you must set the translation option of the 'Dodatno mize' field group to the 'Expert' mode. In the following link, you can see the default settings for different fields.

https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/recommended-custom-fields-translation-preferences-for-acf-and-wpml/#understanding-how-acfml-translates-custom-fields-in-preset-translation-options

In the following link, you can read about the Expert mode.

Regards,
Itamar.
