Background of the issue:
The notification states that I am running updated versions of sitepress-multilingual-cms, wpml-media-translation, and wpml-string-translation, but woocommerce-multilingual is not updated to the required version 5.4.0. However, the update page shows it is up to date with version 5.3.9.

Symptoms:
The notification indicates that the site will not work as it should because woocommerce-multilingual is not updated to version 5.4.0, despite the update page showing it as up to date with version 5.3.9.

Questions:
Why does the update page show woocommerce-multilingual as up to date with version 5.3.9 when the notification requires version 5.4.0?
How can I resolve the issue of the incomplete WPML update?
