in my WP, I have a theme that allow only one single navigation menu. Is it possible, for the plugin select, for each language, a different navigation menu?
eg. I make a different menu for each language and, based on the current language, show the correct menu in navigation area?
Is it possible to “test drive” your plugin before buying it? I am testing wordpress as future solution for multilingual website and I am interested in your plugin.

WPML is exactly for you. You’ll be able to add English and any other language to your existing site. All navigation, including the menu will be available (separately) in French and English.
WPML works fine with RTL languages. He use Hebrew on this site and it’s RTL as well. To make your theme display correctly in both RTL and LTR, you might need to do some work. See here for what we did when we added Hebrew to this site: http://wpml.org/2011/12/adding-rtl-support-for-theme/

My contact page, will need to show different locations depending on the language chosen.

For menus, it’s easier. You’ll have different menus per language.
Plugins are going to be much more challenging. WordPress might load some plugins before WPML is even loaded, so the language information might not be available at that time. Anyway, it would be a big hack to tell WordPress not to load certain plugins in certain languages.
I’m not sure about Nivo slider. There shouldn’t be a big issue, but it depends on how Nivo was coded. We can work on this together with Nivo developers, if they are interested.
Missing pages will not appear in the site’s navigation.

Is it possible to use WPML on IIS 7.5. I figure out that there might be an issue with URL rewriting. Before we purchase we would like to know if there is a workaround. We need IIS, no Apache.
WPML should work on IIS. It uses the rewrite functionality in WordPress. I’m pretty sure that you’ll have problems with non-ASCII characters in URLs, but that’s more of an IIS issue that WPML. You’ll get this problem with and without WPML.

I use a theme not listed och your list of themes working fine with the plugin. When the theme have a lot os theme settings. For example ine the theme settings i upload a logo, but if the logo should be different depending of tha languages, is there a setting also for this? We installed English WordPress on this site and also use Foundation Theme. The owner cannot understand Japanese so everything was left in English. We have been test-running the site before handing it over but getting this problem.
Please can WPML help correct this? This is a school site and will be use by Japanese students. The Japanese must be perfect and the owner must be able to use the site in English for both administration, updates and comments. We can install the Japanese version of WordPress but he cannot use it and theme is already an English theme. We can create a .po and .mo and localize the theme but wonder if this plugin can make everything easier.
It’s a bit difficult to tell what’s causing this on your site, without debugging. My first guess is that you are using the wrong character encoding. Make sure that both your database and theme use UTF-8.
WPML works OK with ACF. The integration is not perfect, but there are no show-stoppers. You may not get automatic synchronization between translated fields and less-than-perfect integration with the translation editor, but generally things work.

Small languages are not a problem. You can add custom languages with WPML.
I am not sure about the theme. Normally, WPML works fine with theae themws but we disn’t teat this specific one.

WPML lets you create different menus per language. If the theme uses the native WordPress menus, you’ll be able to fully translate it with WPML.

WPML doesn’t have any interface for machine translation. You can manually copy / paste from Google translation, but it’s not integrated with WPML.

You need to download the plugin. Then go to WordPress, click on Plugins, click on Add and upload the ZIP file.
