– I filled in the order and want to pay with credit card but while I can see my order (I tried again so now you’ll see 2 orders, which I don’t want) I can’t find a pay (with credit card) possibility. I just see that payment is pending. Please advice.

after activating the WPML plugin you will see a wizard that will guide you through the installation setup. Please try it yourself. It’s easy. In case you run into any issues you can ask for help in our support forum but please note that we don’t do the entire setup for our customers. We just help in case of issues. Another option to consider is hiring one of our WPML contractors to do that job for you.

We are having a multisite on WP with 1 installation for different country sites. Plus we have a ‘copied’ test site-system of the whole thing , which is not public.
We have the WPML CMS now running and it is fine- I just want to be sure, that it will be also ok after the renewal of the plugin, as an agency installed it before. So the CMS version we will be working for our 10+ country sites live and on the test-server?

I’m not sure what you mean by “as an agency installed it before.” I’ve tried to look you up in our system with the email you used for your comment but didn’t find any records. I’m not sure if you are our existing customer or a new one. New customers when they use the Multilingual CMS subscription ($79) you can register only 3 domains. All subdomains from a WP Multisite count as one domain.

I want my website to automatically show in arabic when someone from the following countries visit it. I also want a language switcher to arabic that will be in the header. I also want my whole website to change to arabic eg products, product categories, menus, prices, cart etc. I also want to be able to translate the website myself and not through google translate. Will your plugin allow me to do all this and will it give me a interface to manually translate everything and will i need an arabic keyboard to do this

You mean, you expect your users to be automatically redirected when the visit your main domain (put the address of your site directly in the browser)? If so, WPML has an option to detect the user language according to his/her browser settings and redirect automatically to that language but it’s disabled by default. Instead of using this option it’s better to provide good quality content for all the languages and then your users will land on specific pages, in the language they are performing their search in Google (or other search engines)

Yes, WPML has all the features to do so but we recommend choosing a theme that is compatible with WPML (and supports RTL) – please check the list of compatible themes here: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/ because it happens that a theme doesn’t follow some WordPress standards and you might have difficulties to translate some theme-specific elements.

we have integrated WP into our magento shop via the fishpig plugin what actually caused a lot of trouble, our developers simply did not get it to work properly with WPML. we will now go with a multisite what is supported and working with fishpig.
this page here is a nightmare when it comes to navigation and finding information. each and every link to contactforms etc will finally lead you into a deadend.

2. If you send your content to one of the professional translation services wPML integrates with, then yes, it’ll cost money. Each service has its own pricing. You can also set up yourself or one of your WordPress users and “send” content for translation to them. They can use the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) to translate your content.
3. The Translation Management add-on is included in the Multilingual CMS or Multilingual Agency package. So is ATE. But ATE will become a paid “feature” later on but any website that activates ATE during the beta period will be able to use it for free forever (the specific websites).
4. ATE uses Azure’s MT engine.

we sell in US dollars but eventually, you will be charged in your currency, according to the exchange rate of your PayPal or your credit card provider.
On your purchase page, for credit card /paypal it states:
“PayPal allows you to pay with your credit card directly, or with your PayPal account, if you have one. Most credit card payments complete instantly, but some require additional time for PayPal to review.”
But attempting to pay with credit card via paypal tried to force me to create a new account. I had a quick look around and apparently that is caused by your paypay pro/premiere account expiring. You might want to fix that, as i’m not too happy about having to use Stripe to process the payment.

Shall I understand it that you increased the price for the same service and not to make me angry you offer at least a renewal for 59 usd instead of saying that for the same subscription I need to pay double money?

As for the others, we have not tested them but they should work well, if it was coded following WordPress standard.
