Background of the issue:
I'm trying to connect all my company sites so that they share credits. I've done this with 2 sites but my main site will not allow me to get the migration/connection code to add to the other 2.

Symptoms:
There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team.

Questions:
Why can't I get the migration/connection code for my main site?
How can I resolve the connection issue to automatic translation?

That's what I'm trying to do, but the site in question is saying it can't connect to WPML and so I can't get the migration code.

Hi,

Did you already disable any third plugin and try swtiching to a default theme, to narrow down if a third plugin or theme code might be causing this issue?

If so, could you please go to WPML > Support > Installed Suppport and click "Check now". Do you see any API or site key issues? Please send us a screenshot from the results.

Also, please send us your account ID which can be found at WPML > Support Troubleshooting > Your Automatic Translation account id is.
