This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was trying to auto-translate their website but encountered an issue where the automatic translation stopped, and they received a message stating that the new credits assigned to their site were not enough to translate all the pending automatic translations, despite having 90k credits assigned to their account.

Solution:
First, we asked the client to click the "fix it" button to see if more information would be provided. Then, we requested a screenshot of the client's WPML account page to verify the credits and also asked for temporary access to the client's site, including wp-admin and FTP credentials, to investigate the issue further. We assured the client that we follow strict privacy and security policies when handling their information, which can be reviewed at our Privacy and Security Policy. We also reminded the client to back up their site before providing access.

If you're experiencing a similar issue with automatic translation credits on your WPML-powered site, we recommend checking your WPML account to ensure that your credits are properly assigned. If the problem persists, please contact us for support. It's important to note that the solution provided here might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

What happens if you try to click "fix it"? Does it give you more information after you click that button?

Please let us know.

kWhen I do this, I get this message: You have new credits assigned to your site, but they are not enough to translate all your pending automatic translations.

Although I have 90k credits assigned to my account.

Hi there and thank you for the update.

1. Can you please send me a screenshot of this page: https://wpml.org/account/

2. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

The private box looks like this: hidden link

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
