This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was trying to auto-translate their website but encountered an issue where the automatic translation stopped, and they received a message stating that the new credits assigned to their site were not enough to translate all the pending automatic translations, despite having 90k credits assigned to their account.
Solution:
First, we asked the client to click the "fix it" button to see if more information would be provided. Then, we requested a screenshot of the client's WPML account page to verify the credits and also asked for temporary access to the client's site, including wp-admin and FTP credentials, to investigate the issue further. We assured the client that we follow strict privacy and security policies when handling their information, which can be reviewed at our Privacy and Security Policy. We also reminded the client to back up their site before providing access.
