Background of the issue:
I am using WPML, version 4.6.14, for my multilingual, English & French, websites, DEV and PROD. I am facing issues with WPML on my DEV site, hidden link. I am trying to find strings to translate from English to French, specifically for the Newsletter Plugin. I have scanned for strings using 'Theme and plugins localization'. I also have issues with the wpml-string-translation module and WPML Media status.
Symptoms:
Unable to find strings for translation in WPML String Translation. Warning message: 'wpml-string-translation: version higher than expected'. DEV site not showing under 'Sites Using Prepaid Credits'. WPML Media status shows module as Not installed, non active, and version non available.
Questions:
What could be the issue that's preventing me from finding the strings to be translated in the WPML String Translation?
How to get rid of the complaint related to upgrading the WPML String Translation?
Is the non-showing DEV under the assigned credits related to the issue of not finding the strings for translation, or is it a Newsletter Plugin issue?
Why does WPML Media status show the module as Not installed, non active, and the version non available? What should I do to change these statuses?
Can you tell me specifically which string(s) you are unable to find in the Newsletter plugin? You can send me a screenshot of the frontend, or if this is something you are able to edit on the backend, let me know where you go to do that.

It sounds like you are using some type of form. How is this form created - are you using a plugin? If so, please let me know which one and please share the link to your site where I can see this form. Thanks!
