This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find an option to translate a custom post type called 'Team', which functions similarly to Posts.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the 'Team' section is added as a custom post type. If so, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Post Types section.
2. Locate the 'Team' custom post type and set it to "Translatable".
After completing these steps, a + icon should appear, allowing for the translation of the 'Team' custom post type.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

I'm trying to translate a section called Team ... it's like Posts.

But unfortunately, there is not an option to translate it!

I'm attaching a screenshot.

Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleagues, I will try to help.

If the things you mentioned are added as custom post types, you will need to first go to WPML > Settings > Post Types section > and set those post types as "Translatable" (in our situation, find the "Team" custom post type and set it to Translatable).

Then, you should see a + icon to translate them.

Kind regards,
