Background of the issue:
I am trying to check my credit usage under Translation Management > Tools, but I keep getting this error message: "There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team." Please help me resolve this so I can manage my WPML credits. Thank you! - Melissa Clark, melissa.clark@umkc.edu

Symptoms:
I cannot see the credit usage report. I keep getting this error message: "There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team."

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. I am going to answer his question before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

Would you please go to WP Dashboard > WPML > Support > Installer Support and see if you have any errors there?

If so please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist the URLs below:

wpml.org
cdn.wpml.org
api.wpml.org
api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

Also, go to WP Dashboard > WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor (Error Log)

And share with us the top error that you see on the table.
