This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate a media item and its URL in the header template.

Solution:
1. We recommend locating the source URL of the image in the WordPress media library by changing the language in the top admin bar.
2. In the Advanced Translation Editor, use the text field at the top left and type

http

to display all URLs used on the page for links and media.
3. Find the URL of your media file and replace it with the URL of the alternative media file from the media library.

For detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation on the Advanced Translation Editor:

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to translate a media and it's URL in my header template.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

When translating the header template, please try to find the source URL of the image and replace it with the corresponding URL of the alternative image.

Directions:
https://wpml.org/de/documentation-3/uberstellen-ihrer-contente/erweiterter-uebersetzungs-editor/#main-features-of-the-advanced-translation-editor

You can find the URL in the WordPress media library if you change the language in the top admin bar.

Best regards
Andreas

Also, I don't speak german 😀

Thank you

Hello,

My apologies for the German comment. I have translated it now.

When translating the header template try to use the text field on the top left of the Advanced Translation Editor and type "http".

You should now see all URLs that are used on this page for links and media.

Search for the URL of your media file and translate it with the URL of the alternative media file, which you will find inside the media library.

If this will not work out as expected, then please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas
