Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate content on the internal pages of my site using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/.

Symptoms:
There are contents on the internal pages of my site that I cannot translate because these contents do not appear on the WPML translation page.

Questions:
Why are some contents not appearing on the WPML translation page?
How can I register custom Elementor widgets for translation?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

I've corrected the Custom XML configuration for you here hidden link .

All you have to do now would be to update the page so that the Advanced Translation Editor could "rescan" the page for new contents as shown in the screen recording hidden link
