It seems those strings come from the ReviewX plugin, is that right? If so, please make a full website backup and follow the steps below:
1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins localization;
2. Select and scan the ReviewX plugin;
3. Go to WPML > String Translation;
4. Search and add the translations to the strings;
This video is not officially from WPML, but it shows the steps you need to take to translate the plugin: hidden link
Thank you for the info.
Actually, I did precisely the same.
And also I repeated the scan many times.
I still can't find some strings, and some strings can find but they didn't reflect the translations.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
Thank you for sharing the sandbox website.
I already installed the ReviewX plugin and created a new test product.
But when I open the product, it shows this message: Great things are on the horizon.
I tried a different theme, and it's the same.
I can't find the option to make the sandbox live.
Can you please guide me on how to do it so I can continue the test?
Thank you so much. I was able to check, indeed it's also not working in the testing environment.
I forwarded that to our devs, to check if there's something we can do from WPML's side. If not, you will need to get in touch with the plugin's author. I'll let you know.
I analyzed your website with our developers, and unfortunately we couldn't make ReviewX to work well with WPML. The plugin is not compatible, we checked for workarounds but couldn't find any. In this case, we need the plugin author's cooperation to be able to get to a solution.
