This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the homepage, which was already translated, was not displaying the translated language.

Solution:
1. We recommended the client to clear all caching on the site, including any external caching services like Cloudflare.
2. We checked the site and noticed that the English homepage was missing the Bricks elements, which indicated a potential issue with the translation delivery.
3. We delivered the English translation again, which resolved the problem and the translated homepage displayed correctly.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you try clearing your site's cache and re-delivering the translation. If the problem persists, it might be due to a different cause. In such cases, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the solution provided here is irrelevant to your case, either because it's outdated or not applicable, please open a new support ticket with us.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I found the red error box said

ICanLocalize migration could not complete
WPML needs to update your connection to ICanLocalize, but could not complete the change.

Please contact WPML support and give them the following debug information:

Failed step: token
WPML_TM_ICL20_Migrate_Remote::get_token - 0: Missing ICL Website ID ($ts_id)

I want to fix this error. I don't use icanlocalize service, I choose to translate by myself but i don't know why this box about icanlocalize show up for me.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-get-this-error-message-wpml_tm_icl20_migrate_remoteget_token-0-missing/

I'm following this thread but problem still not solved for me.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first steps.

The shared ticket should work and fix the issue for you, if it is not, let us take a look and try to fix it for you.

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.

I would need to access your site's wp-admin.

I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply.

I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned.

You can safely add your information into these fields.

Hi,

I'll continue to help you with this issue. I'm glad that the original issue is solved by now.

I can see this issue on your site. I can also see that the translation is 100% complete in WPML's Advanced Translation Editor. Please see the attached screenshot.

It might be a caching issue. Please clear all caching on your site and check again. It will probably solve the issue.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi,

I rechecked things on your site. At first, I could see that the English homepage was missing the Bricks elements. Please see the attached screenshot nothig-in-bricks.jpg. But then I delivered the English translation, and it fixed the problem. Please see the attached screenshot fixed-ok.jpg.

Please confirm that the problem is solved now.

Regards,
Itamar.
