[Resolved] ICanLocalize migration could not complete
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing an issue where the homepage, which was already translated, was not displaying the translated language.
Solution: 1. We recommended the client to clear all caching on the site, including any external caching services like Cloudflare. 2. We checked the site and noticed that the English homepage was missing the Bricks elements, which indicated a potential issue with the translation delivery. 3. We delivered the English translation again, which resolved the problem and the translated homepage displayed correctly.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you try clearing your site's cache and re-delivering the translation. If the problem persists, it might be due to a different cause. In such cases, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the solution provided here is irrelevant to your case, either because it's outdated or not applicable, please open a new support ticket with us.

I can see this issue on your site. I can also see that the translation is 100% complete in WPML's Advanced Translation Editor. Please see the attached screenshot.
It might be a caching issue. Please clear all caching on your site and check again. It will probably solve the issue.
I rechecked things on your site. At first, I could see that the English homepage was missing the Bricks elements. Please see the attached screenshot nothig-in-bricks.jpg. But then I delivered the English translation, and it fixed the problem. Please see the attached screenshot fixed-ok.jpg.
Thank you, I tried it with another page and it's now working. I'm not sure what happened with them. I think they're fixed now. appreciated for your help.
