Background of the issue:
We are trying to import data using WP All Import on a site under development. Previously, there was an option under Step 3 of the process featuring a dropdown that allowed us to select the locale in which we wanted to import the posts.

Symptoms:
The locale dropdown option under Step 3 of the WP All Import process no longer displays or exists.

Questions:
How can we bring the locale dropdown back in WP All Import?
