Please try the following steps on the live site and let us know if that helps:
1. Resave the category translation
2. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
3. Resave the permalink settings by clicking the "Save Changes" button without making any changes
4. Clear the cache memory
5. Clear the server-side cache if enabled
We found that this is caused by the "Remove category base" option in the Rank Math SEO plugin. When I disable this option in Rank Math SEO > General Settings > WooCommerce, then resave the Permalinks, the issue is resolved as you see here: hidden link
The same Arabic slug is probably used with another post/page on your site, which conflicts with the category slug translation.
I also don't think it's a problem with WPML since it's working on the staging. Kindly note that I didn't suggest adding the category base to the URL.
When the "Remove category base" option is disabled the issue doesn't happen, which means that the same slug might be used with another post or taxonomy on your site.
So please try what I suggested before:
1. Install the WPML SEO plugin
2. Check if the same slug is used with another post or taxonomy

Just few days ago also it works good. Even from before i have already checked and works good. Suddenly I don’t why it not working. When i have translated in English still its working, problems with arabic on products category only. Pages and posts still loading on arabic.
Note: i have changes the post url setting from automatically to same as 1st language url setting. Then it happened not working.
