No translations in queue. Not all pages and posts translated

leonv-20	Tell us what you are trying to do? Translating my site from Dutch to English with Pay as you Go. I translated now 16 of 35 pages and 79 of 261 posts. Now, there are no more translations in queue. How do I continue the bulk translation? Is there any documentation that you are following? No Is there a similar example that we can see?
