Pls let me know how can we setup pages can be show up on the front end without 100% translated for languages? We found that pages need to be 100% complete translated before shows up on the front. Pls advise. Thanks.

The option to display untranslated content might be a good solution for you.

I suggest reading this article to know how it can be achieved:

我开启了自动翻译所有页面,为什么有部分也没不能进入翻译队列?

You probably need to review and finish those translations.

I suggest reading the article to learn more about this:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/

It is also possible to approve and cancel multiple translation reviews at once:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/#approving-and-canceling-multiple-translation-reviews-at-once
