Problem:
The client wants to downgrade their WPML subscription from a 3-website package to a 'Multilingual Blog' package for only 2 websites and update their payment method.
Solution:
We informed the client that we do not offer downgrade options for existing plans. They need to wait until their current subscription expires. After expiration, they can log in to their account and purchase a new subscription at the full price. It's important to note that the 'Multilingual Blog' subscription allows registration of only one site and does not include the WPML String Translation plugin, which means updates for this plugin won't be received.

Background of the issue:
We bought a 3 website package and translated all pages with credits. Now we only need 2 websites to continue with WPML. We want the minimum package price and are considering the 'Multilingual Blog' package for our 2 websites: hidden link and hidden link. We also want to update our payment method.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
Can we switch to the 'Multilingual Blog' package for our 2 websites?
How can we update our payment method?

I’m afraid we don’t offer downgrade options for existing plans. You’ll need to wait until your current subscription expires. Once it does, you’ll be able to log in to your account and purchase a new subscription at the full price.

Please note that with a Multilingual Blog subscription, you can register only one site. Also, keep in mind that this plan does not include WPML String Translation plugin, so you won’t receive updates for it.
