Problem:
The client wants to downgrade their WPML subscription from a 3-website package to a 'Multilingual Blog' package for only 2 websites and update their payment method.
Solution:
We informed the client that we do not offer downgrade options for existing plans. They need to wait until their current subscription expires. After expiration, they can log in to their account and purchase a new subscription at the full price. It's important to note that the 'Multilingual Blog' subscription allows registration of only one site and does not include the WPML String Translation plugin, which means updates for this plugin won't be received.
