Hey there,

I recommend you to follow the instructions described in Google's Page Speed Insights, regarding the performance of your website. The better your website performs, the least impact WPML will have on it. That happens because WPML is tightly connected to every bit of your website.

If after the performance improvement, WPML still has an impact, you can get in touch with us. Regarding WPML itself, there's nothing that can be set regarding performance, as it is handled by other plugins, like LiteSpeed cache, which you are using.
