I think I know how to create the global product attribute, it is from the Product Attribute page, I did able to translate the attribute name from String Translation, by the way, how can I translate the custom attribute name and its value?

Still need your help to the product category translation

In order to investigate this issue and understand it better, I would need a temporary access to your website (access to your site's WP-admin, you can create an administrator user using any email you like).

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
