Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue on the site hidden link where translations from English to Russian and Ukrainian have disappeared from the main page.
Symptoms:
The translations from English to Russian and Ukrainian have disappeared from the main page.
Questions:
What could be the reason for the disappearance of translations?
I checked the Ukrainian page, and I can see that parts of it are not translated, but parts of it are translated. Please see the attached screenshots.
Did you recently update the English page?
If so, then you may also need to update the translations.

Thanks for the FTP access; this works. However, I can still not connect to your site's backend. I get the same message that the username is not registered. Please correct this. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.
I edited the Ukrainian and Russian translations of the homepage and could see that the translations are in English in the Classic Translation Editor. Please see the attached screenshot. As far as I can tell, all you need to do is to complete the translation in the Translation Editor. If the translations were there and disappeared, I do not know why it happened.
Were the translations there in the past?
Were you initially using the Advanced Translation Editor to translate this page?
Please note that my weekend is Friday through Saturday. On Sunday, I'll be able to continue checking this issue and helping you.
1. Go to the Language section in the sidebar and click to switch to the WordPress Editor.
2. In the pop-up dialog, select 'This page' and click Apply. (You also have the alternative to select 'All pages' if you translated all the pages with the Elementor editor.)
**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****
It is unclear how the translation option switched from using the Elementor editor to the Classic Translation Editor. In any case, I described the correct method of using the Elementor editor for translations.
Regards,
Itamar.
